All pens sold by Cajun Pen Shop are covered by Manufacturer's Warranty. Should you need to send a pen or pencil in for repairs or replacement the below information should be helpful. Please call them first for shipping instructions to verify their mailing addresses prior to returning your pen.
I also suggest that you ship your pen via a carrier that will allow you to track the shipment and require a signature for delivery receipt - such as FedEx, UPS, Airborne, etc.
Don't forget to include a note thoroughly describing the problem you are experiencing and where they should return the pen after repairs. I would also suggest that you include a daytime telephone number for them to contact you for questions.
