CAMERA READY ARTWORK Camera-ready art is any art that does not require any changes by our engraver. It may be in digital format or hard copy. Artwork should be clean black and white copy.
PAPER PROOF Regular paper proof may be furnished, upon request, at no charge. This is a simple copy of the art placed on the pen in the location that it will be imprinted.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE CHARGE You may request a sample of the finished product prior to the start of full production. There is a charge of $59.00. If you request a Pre-Production sample you will reduce your set up charge from the normal $50.00 to $27.00.
PRODUCTION TIME Normal production time is 14-21 working days. Please keep in mind that production time is a little slower during peak times, such as Christmas. Production time starts once all proofs (if any ordered) have been approved and required 50% deposit has been received. Weekends and Holidays are not included in Production time. Shipping time from Engraver to you is not included.
PAYMENT POLICY Orders under $500.00 may be paid for with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Orders over $500.00 must be paid for by check. Orders under $500.00 must be paid for in advance, at time order is placed. Orders over $500.00 require a 50% deposit at the time order is placed. Payment in full must be paid prior to shipment of order. We do not accept Purchase Orders for Engraved or Imprinted products.
