LASER ENGRAVING INFORMATION Laser engraving running charge is FREE for either text or a logo. This is only if you want all the pens and boxes engraved the same. (if you want different engraving on each pen, see personalization below) Engraving set up fee is $40 per order, regardless of quantity. For logos we need either a digital image emailed to us or preferably a black and white line art copy sheet. You may fax it (612-545-3470) or mail it to us. For highest quality please mail your logo to us, again in black and white and not color. Correctly engraved pens are not returnable. For text engraving, you may choose the font you desire. Please email the text to us, to avoid copying and spelling errors. Personalization (having different engraving on each pen - for example: engraving different names on each pen) is available for $2.50/pen. Please furnish typewritten list of names. Wood shades may vary from the pictures. Orders must be prepaid, we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. USA shipping , handling and insurance charge is 0.10 per item (pen or box) (I.E. 500 pens = $50). Min. shipping is $5.00 Rush shipping is usually twice that amount.
