Pens and Chests manufactured by others will carry the standard Warranty of the individual manufacturer. Most vendors charge a 15% restocking fee for all products returned for reasons other than manufacturer's defects. Unfortunately, these fees must be passed on to the consumer. If the Manufacturer requires an original invoice, I will be happy to provide one for you - if you can't locate your copy.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Pen Refills, Bottled Ink, Ink Cartridges and Engraved Products are not returnable (exception will be for errors in engraving).
